• The Webbeez name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks and may not be used without written permission.

• Engagement of illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity — including attempting to reverse-engineer our website or tools — will result in immediate termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Non-payment of agreed fees beyond the agreed grace period gives Webbeez the right to suspend all deliverables and withhold access to work completed until outstanding amounts are settled.
• Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing 30 days written notice, subject to payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
